i really hate to be sick. sometimes it just drags you down, you know what i mean? singing is hard and even tho i try to rest my vocal cords i still end up singing cause quite frankly i cant stop. its like an addiction.. you just HAVE to sing.

I recorded a new song.. finally after over a month of being away from my beloved microphone. its a bit better quality than the rest of my recordings. still missing drums but im working on it

there has been a reason why i havent been updating this site for the past month and a half..

plain and simple, i went to my bandmate’s house and jammed there. and i left my mixer and mic cables because it was a huge load of stuff and i said to myself that we see each other every week so whenever i needed it, i would just have to wait a week max.

….. its been a month now.

so yeah i need the mixer and the cables to record. i have tons of new songs to work on. so lets hope i get my stuff back soon.

i have way too much free time.. so i decided to record a cover of a song i really like. i almost have enough songs for an album now loll

this song is quite interesting.. its the mash up of two short songs and its about regret more than anything. ive come to be overwhelmed by the feeling of regret and this is the produce of that lingering emotion. its a very nice song

Tomorrow im on my way to buy a brand new acoustic guitar. this is relevant to this website because i mainly record and play on an old beaten up guitar that i bought for 100 brand new, effectively the cheapest guitar in my collection but the one that i use in all of my recordings. in plain terms, it sounds like shit. so with a better guitar i hope to get closer to the sound and quality im looking for in my recordings

i think its having an affect on my mood and my song writing. ive been writing songs that are much more positive (if only in the sound and not the lyrical content) were still a month away from the “official” summer but for me once school is done, summer begins. cheers

well summer’s coming again and i wrote a new song in remembrance to how my summer was 2-3 years ago. hopefully soon enough ill write all that i can write about that person and move on to other things lol until then…

second is an acoustic version of my song A Rose (not that it wasnt acoustic to begin with…)
